This is really good!
I just made these using 1 sheet for the triangles (6). I also added a pinch of sugar to the cream cheese to cut down on the tartness. Let me tell you, “They came out amazing! Thanks so much for sharing 👏🏽👏🏽

Thats exactly how i make mine. About half the time, i cut the salt a little and add mustard. Absolutely delicious, both ways!

Julie, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I grew up with this being my most favorite dish growing up. And NOW I finally made it myself for the very first time. Mine was a bit too much on the tomato side, but I know what to do next time around. Nonetheless, it was a success and both my daughters said it was FIRE. Julie, your strawberry drink looks so refreshing. Every year I Christmas Eve, I watch Donald Duck, cuz I was inspired by the Swedish tradition, and I take it very seriously.

What temp are you cooking it to? I've got a combustion thermometer invented by the guy who started Chef steps and deigned the Joule. I has 8 temp sensors and finds the lowest temp in fish/meat. the phone app actually tells you when it's ready. I also came to appreciate "Carry Over" cooking. Cooking salmon to 135, it rose to 155 while it rested.
